Wishes 4 Me Physical / Occupational Therapist Scholarship
The Physical / Occupational Therapist Scholarship is to help individuals
majoring in Physical Therapy or an Occupational Therapist Program with
college expenses.
Wishes 4 Me Good Samaritan Scholarship
The Good Samaritan Scholarship is a merit scholarship that is based on an
individual's character. Wishes 4 Me Foundation would like to award good
people. This Scholarship is to help a qualified individual(s) with college
expenses.
Wishes 4 Me Disability Scholarship
The Disability Scholarship is to help individuals with a disability with
college expenses.

The number of scholarships and the amounts of the scholarships are
determined twice a year.
The first application deadline is June 1st and a final decision will be
made by July 15th.
The second application deadline is October 1st and a final decision November 15th.
All recipients will be contacted by phone and by mail.
