Sugarloaf United Methodist Church - Great Days of Service Project
March 29, 2008
The Sugarloaf United Methodist Church worked on several projects for the Wishes 4 Me Foundation.
Some of the projects included:
-Baking meals and deserts for the residents (Jenny and Robin, two of the residents, assisted with the baking)
-Planting Flowers in Kate's Home new flower box in the newly landscaped lawn
-Laid mulch in scrub bed and around trees
-Planted Trees
-Trimmed overgrown scrubs
-Mowed lawn at Kate's Home and Steve's Home
-Painted New additional porch and ramp at Steve's Home
Without volunteers, some of these projects would have been very expensive for the foundation. These
projects were very much needed. We have a huge need for weekly volunteer to assist in maintaining the
lawns at our houses. Please Contact Lynn Robinette to assist with some of our projects.

Killian Hill Baptist Church - volunteering at Kate's Home to landscape the front yard.
Killian Hill Baptist Church Youth Group and College Career Group assisted the Wishes 4 Me Foundation on March 22,
2008 with laying sod at Kate's Home newly landscaped lawn. This was a remarkable day. Within 2.5 hours 10 pallets
of sod was laid. What a wonder group of young adults. The Ladies of Kate's Home have really enjoyed their newly
landscaped lawn.
